On The Road Again

As with any project, there must be a beginning.

To get to the beginning of it, one takes a road. Some roads are much different than others, but they all are constructed with the same purpose; to get from one place to the next.

Roads take us down the street or across continents, crossing rivers and bays, joining with adjacent roads, changing directions. Some are destination drives, others pitted and rough, well into the backcountry, headed toward isolation.

That’s a destination as well.
